Losing a rider on a highway overnight is devastating for the people who were with them and for their family. Single-vehicle motorcycle crashes can involve road conditions, other traffic, or mechanical issues, and nothing here assigns fault while the investigation continues. When someone is killed in a crash, Texas law may provide legal options for the family, and evidence can be lost if no one acts quickly.
