Motorcycle Crash on FM 920 Near Bridgeport Critically Injures Rider and Teen Passenger

Bridgeport, Texas — Oct. 6, 2026. A motorcycle rider and his teenage passenger were critically injured in a two-vehicle crash on Farm Road 920 near Bridgeport on Tuesday morning, according to the Wise County Messenger. The crash between a motorcycle and an SUV was reported around 7:19 a.m. at FM 920 and County Road 3407 in Wise County. The motorcycle was traveling south on FM 920 when the crash happened. The rider, an adult man, was taken to Medical City Decatur in critical condition. His passenger, a teenage girl, was taken by ground ambulance to a helipad in Bridgeport and then flown by CareFlite to Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth with critical injuries. The driver of the SUV, an elderly woman, was taken to Medical City Decatur with serious injuries. The cause of the crash has not been released.
